If the SNPP software is unable to connect to our server, check that you have access to the Internet, along with the appropriate port permissions to access the site. Please contact your network administrator to determine if you have the appropriate permissions for SNPP access.

If you can connect to the SNPP server, but fail to send a page, please ensure your PIN/Pager number is the 7 digit phone number - no dashes and no area code.

If you still are having problems, feel free to contact us. Please note that we are able to provide basic troubleshooting techniques, yet do not have the technical resources available to handle the multitude of potential hardware / software compatibility scenarios.
