SETUP Instructions

The Message Center Voicemail System uses the main Bulletin Board telephone number for the initial greeting callers will hear, and special reference numbers (when applicable) for any subsequent Bulletin Board level greetings that callers hear. Each of these greetings may be changed at any time by logging into your main Bulletin Board mailbox and using the following steps in conjunction with the Message Center Getting Started Instructions.

MAIN BULLETIN BOARD # This will now be your primary voice box number.

LEVEL 2 GREETING REFERENCE #________________________

LEVEL 3 GREETING REFERENCE #________________________

TO EDIT THE MAIN BULLETIN BOARD GREETING CALLERS HEAR
When accessing the Message Center for initial setup dial the backdoor number: 513-619-7979 or 937-496-6161. You will hear a recorded message instructing you to "Enter your subscriber ID # followed by"*". You may enter the Subscriber ID # followed by "*" any time during the greeting but this must be done before the greeting is complete. You will be transferred directly into your box and instructed to enter your pass-code followed by "*".

Once you have successfully Logged into the Main Bulletin Board follow the Message Center Getting Started Instructions to:

Enter a new Pass-code
Record your Name Announcement
Record your Outgoing Greeting

TO EDIT THE BULLETIN BOARD LEVEL GREETING #'S
While logged in at the 'Main Menu' of your Bulletin Board Press "X". Voice Prompt says, " Please enter your mailbox # now"

1) Enter the Greeting Reference # followed by "*"
2) Use the Getting Started Pass-code above
3) Use the above steps to setup your mailbox and also to setup additional Reference # Boxes

That's all there is to it! To enter your Bulletin Board Main box after these steps simply:
Dial your 7-digit voice mail number
During your greeting, press "*"
Enter your pass-code number

Note: Due to paging system limitations, audio will still remain slightly lower than an average phone call. For any greeting changes, we suggest you use the local back door number which temporarily bypasses the paging system, and allows an improved audio greeting recording.
