Type - Help

1. Do you press "0" (zero) to log into you voice box?

• Yes: You will use the V100 / V102 Basic Voice Mail instructions.
• No: Go to question 2.

2. Do you have options to press various buttons to go to different menus? For example, press 1 for Joe Smith, press 2 for Joan Smith e.t.c.

• Yes: You will use the V110 (Bulletin Board) instructions.
• No: We only have the option of pressing '0' for an Operator or leaving a message....then you will use the V105 (Operator Revert) instructions.
