WHILE LISTENING TO MESSAGES

• Press the 5 key to increase volume
• Press F (the 3 key) to forward message 8 seconds
• Press FF (the 3 key twice) to forward to the end of a message
• Press B (the 2 key) to back the message up 8 seconds
• Press BB (the 2 key twice) to go back to beginning of message
• Press BBB (the 2 key three times) to go back to the beginning of the last message listened to
• Press D (the 3 key) to delete
• Press K (the 5 key) to keep/save
• Press N (the 6 key) to move to the next message
• Press T (the 8 key) to transfer the message to another user

TO CHANGE SETTINGS ON VOICEMAIL
For Pass code, greetings, and Voice signature

• Press M (the 6 key) to modify
• Press S (the 7 key) to go to setup for pass code, greetings, and voice signature
• Press O (the 6 key) for outgoing greeting
• Press V (the 8 Key) for Voice Signature
• Press P (the 7 key) for Pass code
• Press C (the 2 key) for change greeting/pass code
• Press R (the 7 key) for record greeting
• Press K (the 5 key) to keep/save greeting
• Press D (the 3 key) to delete the greeting

For setting/changing Notification

• Press N (the 6 key) for Notification
• Press C (the 2 key) for Class
• Press E (the 3 key) for Enable/Disable
• Press N (the 6 key) for Number
• Press S (the 7 key) for Schedule

CONTROLS USED FROM ANY MENU

• Press X (the 9 key) to exit to main menu
• Press XX (the 9 key twice) to exit the system
• Press 1 key to pause/resume
• Press H (the 4 key) for help
